Shamelessly Showing Off

Pictures of my two boys! I absolutely love how this photographer captured my boys and their personalities. If you are out in the Wasatch Front or the Uintah Basin parts of Utah, give her a call. She has reasonable prices and does great work! I scored a free session, but have already booked family pictures for the fall because I loved her work so much.

Pull down the drop down menu until you see my last name (hint - starts with a D). Hit "enter gallery." Then hit submit. There is no password. I don't know how long the proofs will stay up, so check 'em out when you can.

Just came by for NaComLeavMo - thanks for your post.

I checked out your pictures - OMG! They are SO good. I think I would spend a fortune and buy everything in every size. The pictures are excellent.

You have beautiful children.

Thanks for commenting on my blog! I teach English, too, plus a class called AVID. I have mostly 7th graders, but I do teach one class of 8th graders. It takes a special kind of person to work at a junior high, doesn't it? You either love the age or hate it--so glad that I love it! There is never a dull moment, that is for sure! And I am totally jealous that you are already out for summer. We don't get out until June 19! Yikes, that is a long way away...

As for the incident, we had a shooting at school back in February. A former student was the shooter. It has rocked our school to its core.

And lastly, although I should have put this first, your boys are so adorable! I especially love the profile of the baby and the one of the older boy in the grass. Too cute!

returning your comment from NCLM! Love the photos - in particular 3092 and 3098 - I expect that you already know exactly where you're going to put them?

Your boys are truly beautiful!

I also understand your explanation of what it's like to leave parts of you with your students. I didn't teach this year, but for the previous 7, I did. Those kids were always mine. They belonged to their parents, clearly, but they were mine for 6 and a half hours a day, 180 days. Every year that they left on the last day was always hard - even with the classes that turned my hair gray!

Enjoy your summer vacation with your boys, and I hope that next year you get another awesome group!

Your boys are so handsome. In a way I hate good pictures because I can never choose and have to buy them all! Here from NCLM.

The pictures are really fantastic!

Speaking of things that are fantastic, I just saw the picture of the cake you made for Cam's birthday last month -- OMG! That is awesome. He must have loved it.
